We used El Palacio for our wedding buffet, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! From the very beginning, they provided excellent customer service, always answering our questions and addressing our concerns while doing their best to help us. Their prices are very affordable considering the quality of the food we received. Douglas was an amazing coordinator and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we ordered and that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. We’ve also worked with them for other wedding buffets, and every time we choose El Palacio, we never regret it. The food, service, and attention to detail are always excellent. We highly recommend El Palacio for any special event! Thank you for helping make our wedding so wonderful!

It is sad that this restaurant used to have very good food. Now they skimp and have downsized their portions. For example, the guava and cheese empanada used to have an average portion on filing inside. Now it contains a miniscule portion, maybe a teaspoon if we are lucky. The oxtail portion is very slim and it is more bone and lard than meat. The waitresses are very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen staff has slowed down the time in which they refill the buffet.

Solid all the way around. Many many new and different foods than we have had before all over the buffet. Mix in all the different foods with the stews and the desserts, it was a really really memorable experience. We even tried ox tail and goat, and both were a very nice surprise! Lol, my son said that he will never forget El Palacio. 3 of us for the buffet, drinking water, with a 20% tip was under $80.

Food was okay. Came around dinner time . Food was cold . Probably food warmer is not working well. Soda tasted flat.. not enough carbonation . Waitress was freindy and attentive Atmosphere ,outdated worn out tables or needed to be maintenance. Second chance maybe.

I was impressed. Definitely one step up from Golden Corral which would be the only competition in the mass buffet sector. Some dishes better than others. The service, however, definitely something to write home about. Very attentive for sure. I think, the food should be better presented. The flavors needed individuality. Maybe instead of offering so many different dishes, a theme or perhaps different countries specialties should be highlighted. This is one case where less is more. Some dishes, like the liver were awful, but it was presented with goat, pigs ears and chicken. Maybe a soirée of coordinating palettes and textures would help frame the presentation. Then you had items that just didn’t look right. Like the baby clams in a dark sauce, had no clue as to what that was. The empanadas looked soggy and the watermelon was pale. The rest of the fruits looked like they came from a can. Overwhelming selection of dishes. Could not taste them all. But was surprised to see Ceviche and even more surprised to see, it didn’t have cilantro at all. They should serve specialty dishes. Dishes that you can’t find anywhere else instead of a cafeteria style buffet. Disappointed they didn’t h
